I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand, the location is great, close to metro stations and easy to access Montreal, but on the downside, the rooms were not up to standard with cleanliness issues and unexpected surprises left by previous guests.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing a quiet atmosphere despite the inconvenience of a twisted window that didn't close properly. However, the hotel's location wasn't ideal for exploration, lacking easy access to attractions. The service, on the other hand, was friendly and helpful, making up for some of the shortcomings.
The hotel offers spacious rooms in a Chinese style, providing modern amenities like a hairdryer. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff willing to assist with requests like late checkout and offering a microwave. The location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and the underground station. However, dining options may be lacking, and the price could be a bit steep. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and amenities.
Being close to the outdoor pool meant I had to endure the noise of a loud family playing 'Marco Polo,' but the spacious room was big and airy. Despite a minor issue with missing bath towels one morning and my dislike for hangers that require extra effort, the room overall was fine, although a bit too dark for my liking.
The hotel rooms were very nice and very big, offering plenty of space even for a group of four. Despite being a bit old-fashioned, they were exceptionally clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to the subway, making it a great choice. The service was attentive, with staff working diligently to ensure a comfortable stay. Dining options were varied, although some dishes may need improvement. Overall, a good value for money option with excellent facilities.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room provided to me was a Suite, even though I didn't need it, but it was exceptionally clean, warm, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location, though not stellar, was convenient with good restaurants, a deli grocery, and public transportation nearby. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some Iberian products that were excellent but also a disappointing meal. Overall, a great place with a few minor drawbacks.
