I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand, the location is great, close to metro stations and easy to access Montreal, but on the downside, the rooms were not up to standard with cleanliness issues and unexpected surprises left by previous guests.

Being close to the outdoor pool meant I had to endure the noise of a loud family playing 'Marco Polo,' but the spacious room was big and airy. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room provided to me was a Suite, even though I didn't need it, but it was exceptionally clean, warm, and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location, though not stellar, was convenient with good restaurants, a deli grocery, and public transportation nearby. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some Iberian products that were excellent but also a disappointing meal. Overall, a great place with a few minor drawbacks.
